金叶日本冬青试管苗移栽技术研究

摘    要:以金叶日本冬青组培苗为试材,研究不同基质配比、不同炼苗处理及不同栽培基质对金叶日本冬青组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:金叶日本冬青炼苗基质以泥炭∶砻糠灰:珍珠岩=5∶1∶4为最佳;栽培基质蛭石+珍珠岩、泥炭土+珍珠岩的植株成活率较高;以河沙作为栽培基质具有成本低的优点,但其栽培成活率、株高指标稍差。

Abstract:We also carried out some experiments to determine effects of medium and acclimation methods on the growth of Ilex crenata plantlets.The result showed that the optimum medium consisted of a 5∶1∶4(volume ratio) mixture of charcoal of grass∶ashes of the rice chaff∶perlite.The survival rate of plantlet was relatively high when plantlets were planted in the mixture of vermiculite and perlite or peat and perlite.River sand can also be used as medium just because of low cost,but the survival rate of plantlets and the plant height were significantly lower in comparison with optimum medium.
