根河林业局森林生态服务功能价值评估

摘    要:利用内蒙古大兴安岭森林生态站的长期定位观测和根河林业局2012年森林资源统计数据,参照林业行业标准《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T1271-2008),首次采用分布式评估与旅行成本相结合的方法,对根河林业局森林生态服务功能进行价值评估。结果表明:1)根河林业局森林服务功能价值为317亿元·a-1,各功能对总价值量的贡献率依次为固碳释氧>涵养水源>保育土壤>净化大气环境>物种保育>营养物质积累>森林游憩。2)固碳释氧和涵养水源功能是根河林业局森林的主要功能,占服务功能总价值量的63.7%。森林年固碳量可抵消内蒙古自治区碳排放量(6 987.07万t,2008年)的7.8%;年涵养水源量对根河年径流量(20.6亿m3)的贡献率为32.8%,是海拉尔河年径流量(32亿m3)的21.1%。3)针叶林单位面积服务功能价值量大于阔叶林,不同树种六大功能单位面积的价值量依次为樟子松(Pinus sylvestris)>兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)>白桦(Betula platyphylla)>山杨(Populus davidiana)。4)单位面积服务功能价值量随林分年龄增大而增大,不同龄组六大功能单位面积的价值量为过熟林>成熟林>近熟林>中龄林>幼龄林。

Abstract:Using the long-term observation data of Inner Mongolia National Ecological Observation and Research Station and the statistical data of forest resources of Genhe in 2012, according to “the forest ecosystem service function evaluation standard” (LY/T1271-2008), adapting the method of combining distribution evaluation and travel cost, the values of the forest ecological service functions of Genhe were calculated. The results showed that, 1) the values of the forest ecological service function in Genhe were 31.7 billion yuan·a-1. The contribution rates of each section were in the order of carbon fixing and oxygen releasing > forest water conservation > soil conservation > purify atmosphere environment > biodiversity conservation > nutrient accumulation > forest recreation. 2) The carbon fixing and oxygen releasing, and water conservation were the main functions, accounting for 63.7% of the total. The annual carbon fixing amount in Genhe accounted for 7.8% of the total carbon releasing amount of the whole Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (in 2008, the total amount of carbon releasing in Inner Mongolia was 69.870 7 million t). The annual amount of water conservation accounted for 32.8% of the annual runoff of Genhe river (2.06 billion m3), 21.1% of Hailaer River (3.2 billion m3), two main rivers in this region. 3) The service function values of per unit coniferous forest were higher than broad-leaved forest. For different tree species, the ecological service function values were in the order of Pinus sylvestris > Larix gmelinii > Betula platyphylla > Populus davidiana. 4) The service value per unit area increased with stand age, the order was over-mature forest > mature forest > nearly mature forest > middle-aged forest > young forest.
