| 摘 要： | 西花蓟马是一种危险性较强的外来入侵害虫,对我国的农业经济以及生物多样性都造成了极大的损失和威胁。本文概述了分子标记技术在西花蓟马的种类鉴定、种群分化、原产地、传播模式、检测其捕食天敌的效能和携带番茄斑萎病毒(TSWV)等方面的应用,并做了前景展望。

| Abstract: | Frankliniella occidentalis is a worldwide invasive pest.It caused huge loss in agricultural economics and threatened biodiversity in China.In this paper,the application of molecular marker techniques in the studies of identification,genetic diversity,invasive sources,spread pattern,and detecting the efficiency of the predator and the detection of TSWV in individual thrips of Frankliniella occidentalis was reviewed,and the application prospects were discussed,too. |
