大球盖菇菌丝生长最佳碳源研究

摘    要:葡萄糖、蔗糖等6种碳源的试验结果表明,大球盖菇菌丝生长最适碳源是蔗糖,适宜浓度是1.6%~2.0%;麦芽糖次之,最适浓度是2.0%。大球盖菇菌丝生长对碳源浓度不敏感。

Abstract:Six carbon sources such as glucose and sucrose were selected for the experiment.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was sucrose with the suitable concentration as 1.6%~2.4%,and then was maltose with the optimal concentration as 2.0%.
