| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国植物新品种保护的现状,分析了植物新品种权创新指数等,表明现阶段我国植物育种创新能力明显提升,新品种保护权申报数量大幅度增长;授权品种的推广应用面积逐年扩大,品种权质量明显提高;创新区域格局基本形成;主要农作物品种创新方兴未艾;国内科研和企业单位是植物育种创新的主力军。提出了构筑植物新品种权保护屏障、支撑现代农业发展的建议。

| Abstract: | The current situation of new variety protection of agricultural plants in China was introduced and the innovation index of new variety right was analyzed in this paper.It was showed that the innovative ability of plant breeding and the declaration amount of variety protection increased obviously.The popularized and applied area of authorized varieties increased gradually year by year,and the quality of variety right increased obviously.The regional pattern of innovation had been formed basically,and the variety innovation of main crops increased.The research and enterprise units possessed the most innovation of plant variety in China.The proposals were put forward in enhancing the new variety protection of agricultural plants and supporting the development of modern agriculture. |
