川赤芍花粉粒发育过程的细胞学观察

摘    要:运用常规石蜡切片技术观察了川赤芍小孢子的发生和雄配子体的形成过程,结果表明:4月上中旬为小孢子及雄配子体发育时期;小孢子母细胞减数分裂时,胞质分裂为同时型,呈四面体型排列,少左右对称型;成熟花粉为2-细胞型。

Abstract:The developing process of microspores and male gametophyte of Paeonia veitchii Lynch were observed by paraffin sectioning technique.The results showed that the microspores and male gametophyte developed during early and mid-April.The meiosis of microspore mother cells was of simultaneous type,mostly arranging in tetrad shape and rarely symmetrical.The mature pollen was of 2-cell type.
