摘    要:以钱优1号杂交稻种子为试材,通过不同间歇浸种(A1:浸种12 h,晾干12 h,再浸种12 h;A2:直接浸种36 h;A3:浸种8 h,晾干4 h,重复3次)结合药剂浸种处理(B1:清水浸种;B2:0.33%强氯精浸种)后,测定种子的发芽势、发芽率以及成苗率。结果表明:采用0.33%的强氯精浸种结合浸种12 h、晾干12 h、再浸种12 h的间歇浸种处理能够显著提高杂交稻种子的发芽势、发芽率和成苗率。

Abstract:The germination energy,germination percentage and seedling rate of hybrid rice Qianyou 1 seeds were investigated by different intermittent soaking treatments(A1: soaked for 12 hours then dried indoor for 12 hours and then soaked for 12 hours;A2: soaked for 36 hours;A3: soaked for 8 hours then dried indoor for 4 hours and repeated 3 times) combined with medicament soaking treatments(B1: soaked in distilled water;B2: soaked in 0.33% trichloroisocyanuric acid).The results showed that the seeds soaked in 0.33% trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA) for 12 hours then dried indoor for 12 hours and then soaked for 12 hours represented significantly higher germination energy,germination percentage and seedling rate than the other treatments.
