摘    要:以6年生薄壳山核桃1号(马汉)、3号(肖肖尼)、5号(金华)3个品种为试验材料,采用醋酸洋红染色法,分别测定了不同采集时期、不同散粉处理方式、不同贮存条件以及低温保存花粉不同解冻方法的花粉活力.结果表明在散粉盛期以晒干方式采集的花粉活力最高,而在各种贮存条件中,-80℃低温储存效果最好,不同解冻方式对花粉活力影响不大.

Abstract:In this study after determining the pollen viability of three cuhivars of pecans ( No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5)' from Golden Landscape Technology Co. , Ltd, by acetocarmine dyeing method, we compared the viability of the pollens obtained at different stages, by different treatments, at different storage temperatures and thawing methods. Our results showed that the viability of the sundried pollens obtained at flowering stage was the highest. And - 80 ℃ was the best temperature for the preservation of pecans pollen. Furthermore, different thawing method had little effect on pecans pollen viability.
