| 摘 要： | 农机作业服务组织的发展,有利于实现农业生产要素和资源的合理配置,增强农业综合生产能力,对于促进农业机械化的快速发展和农村经济社会的进步具有重要的意义。本文建立了农机作业服务组织发展水平评价指标体系,采用层次分析法进行了评价指标的权重的计算,得出耕种收综合机械化水平和农机人员受教育程度、管理运行机制等是影响农机作业服务组织发展的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Development of agricultural machinery farm services is conductive to rational arranging agricultural production resources reasonable,strengthening comprehensive agricultural production capacity,promoting the rapid development of agricultural mechanization,and progressing Rural economic and social.The article establishes KPI of Agricultural machinery farm services’ development level by analytic hierarchy process,come to a conclusion: composite mechanization level,agricultural mechanization personnel education and mechanism of management and run are more impartment factors than others. |
