玉米矮花叶病毒山东和北京两分离物的比较鉴定

摘    要:引起北京和山东玉米矮花叶病的北京分离物(MDM-BJ)和山东分离物(MDM-SD)主要侵染禾本科植物,二者的寄主范围和症状反应又有一定的差异。提纯MDM-BJ的最大吸收峰在260nm,最小吸收峰在240nm,OD260/CD280=1.18。提纯病毒产量为1.5mg/100g鲜病叶。病毒粒体弯曲线状,平均长度为710nm。在感病组织内可以观察到风轮状、卷旋状和片层凝集状内含体。MDM-BJ和MDM--SD都能与玉米矮花叶病毒(MDMV)的抗血清反应。上述结果表明,北京和山东的两个分离物都是玉米矮花叶病毒(MD-MV)。引起我国玉米矮花叶病的毒原是不同于国外毒原的新株系。

Abstract:Two virus isolates infecting maize were collected from Beijing (MDM-BJ) and Shandong Province (MDM-SD) separately and compared by biological and serological characteristics The results showed that these two isolates infected graminaceous plants only Both of them reacted with the antiserum for MDMV The maximum absorption of purified MDM-BJ was at 260nm,while the minimum was at 240nm OD 260 /OD 280 was 1 18 The yield of purified MDM-BJ was 1 5mg/100g fresh leaves The virus particles were flexuously filamentous,and normally 710 nm in length These two isolates identified are of maize dwarf mosaic virus (MDMV),nevertheless they were differentiated by host range and symptom reactions So far MDM-BJ had been reported to be different from the isolate from Bulgaria according to their different amino acid sequences
