摘    要:研究了褐藻酸钠寡糖(AOS)和壳寡糖(COS)对仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)生长及免疫功能的影响。实验分为对照组、COS组和AOS组,对照组投喂企业常规饲料,COS组在对照组饲料基础上添加壳寡糖(1 g·kg~(-1)),AOS组在对照组饲料基础上添加褐藻酸钠寡糖(1 g·kg~(-1))。在第30、60、90天,测定各组仿刺参的质量,并在第90天随机采集50 ind仿刺参的体腔液,测定酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和一氧化氮合酶等免疫酶的活力。结果表明,AOS组和COS组仿刺参体质量分别比对照组增长16.4%和18.2%;AOS组仿刺参的酸性、碱性磷酸酶活性分别提高了75.1%和67.3%;而COS组仿刺参的过氧化氢酶和一氧化氮合酶的活性分别提高了190.3%和55.6%。海洋寡糖COS和AOS作为仿刺参的免疫增强剂,可有效提高幼参的生长性能和免疫力,其中COS的作用效果优于AOS。

Influnce of two marine oligosaccharides on the immune activity of juvenile sea cucumber
Abstract:Apostichopus japonicus is a valuable species with nutritional and medicinal value in Holothuroidea. In recent years,sea cucumber business in North China has been growing fast.The production of sea cucumber in North China is about 40% of the total domestic production,and the output value is more than ten billion RMB.However,the frequent occurrence of sea cucumber disease leads to the abuse of antibiotics.It is significant to decrease the use of antibiotics.The functional oligosaccharides,as a new immunopotentiator, have been applied in the breeding of livestock and poultry.And its application in the breeding of marine lives has been a hot spot in recent years.The paper investigated the influence of alginate oligosaccharides and chitosan oligosaccharides during sea cucumber breeding to increase the production,improve the disease resistance of sea cucumbers effectively and to reduce the amount of antibiotic during the breeding process.The test cycle was 90 days, and three groups, control check, alginate oligosaccharides and chitosan oligosaccharides were investigated.Control check was fed according to the average feed standard.Chitosan oligosaccharide and alginate oligosaccharide groups were fed with chitosan oligosaccharides and alginate oligosaccharides (1 g · kg-1 ) respectively in addition to the average feed standard.The juvenile sea cucumber (0.425 kg per pond)was fed in 20 m3 pond respectively.Each group was weighed after 30 days, 60 days and 90 days and the coelomic fluid of 50 randomly selected sea cucumbers in each group were gathered after 90 days and their immune enzyme activities,acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase,catalase, nitricoxide synthase were tested.Results showed that alginate oligosaccharide and chitosan oligosaccharide increased the sea cucumber growth rate by 16.4% and 18.2% respectively.Alginate oligosaccharide increased the acid phosphatase activity by 75 .1% and the alkaline phosphatase activity by 67 .3%.The chitosan oligosaccharide increased the catalase activity by 190.3% and the nitric oxide synthase activity by 55 .6%.Therefore,as a kind of immunopotentiator,chitosan oligosaccharide and alginate oligosaccharide can effectively improve the juvenile sea cucumber production and immunity, and the effect of chitosan oligosaccharide is superior to that of alginate oligosaccharide. To conclude, the addition of alginate oligosaccharide and chitosan oligosaccharide as immunopotentiator is beneficial for the increase of survival rate and weight gain rate of juvenile sea cucumber, improving the immunity and disease resistance of sea cucumbers,decreasing the usage of antibiotics and other chemicals during the seedling stage.
