NaCl、Na2SO4胁迫对新疆野生蔬菜实葶葱种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以实葶葱种子为试材,研究了盐胁迫对实葶葱种子萌发的影响.试验采用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4对实葶葱种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数.结果表明,在NaCl浓度为1 000 mg/L时,实葶葱种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数高于对照,当NaC1浓度超过2 000 mg/L时受到抑制;Na2SO4浓度在1 000,2 000 mg/L时,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数高于对照,当Na2SO4浓度超过4 000 mg/L时出现明显抑制作用,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标均呈明显下降趋势;NaCl对种子发芽率的抑制强于Na2SO4.随NaC1和Na2SO4浓度增加实葶葱种子的萌发逐渐降低;试验结果表明,实葶葱种子萌发期间具有较强的耐盐性.

Effects of Sodium Chloride and Sodium Sulfate on the Seed Germination of Wild Vegetable Allium galanthum L.in Xinjiang

Abstract:The seeds of Allium galanthum L. were selected as the experimental material to investigate the effects of salt stress on Allium galanthum seeds germination. The seeds of Alliurn galanthum were treated under salt stress by using NaCl and Na2 SO4 with different concentration and the seeds germination rate, germination potential,germination index were measured.The results showed that when NaCl concentration is 1 000 mg/L, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index of Allium galanthum seeds were higher than CK.The inhibition is big,when the concentration is more than 2 000 mg/L; When Na2 SO4 concentration is 1 000, 2 000 mg/L, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index of Alliurn galanthurn seeds were higher than CK. The inhibition is significant,when the concentration is more than 4 000 mg/L;The Germination rate, germination potential,germination index all showed a decreasing trend.NaC1 inhibited seed germination rate is stronger than Na2SO4. Different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 stress inhibited the seed germination of Alliurn galanthum seeds.The germination rate decreased with the increase of concentration of salt stress; The Alliurn galanthum seeds had strong salt tolerance in the germination period.
