摘    要:种质资源评价挖掘和创新利用是现代农业的重要特征。新疆是苹果等多种落叶果树起源演化中心,种质资源极为丰富。笔者系统介绍了近几年来在新疆红肉苹果和‘红富士’以及‘库尔勒香梨’资源评价挖掘和创新利用方面的研究进展,主要包括红肉和红皮苹果育种理论与技术创新、新品种培育和配套技术研发以及优质、耐贮、晚熟梨新品种创制,为苹果和梨产业升级提供了重要支撑。

Abstract:Evaluation,mining and innovative utilization of germplasm resources are important features of modern agriculture.Xinjiang,China,is the origin and evolution center of many deciduous fruit trees such as apples,and has extremely rich germplasm resources.This review systematically introduces the research progress in the resource evaluation,mining and innovative utilization of Malus sieversii f.niedzwetzkyana,‘Red Fuji’,and‘Kuerlexiangli’pear resources in Xinjiang in recent years.The main contents of this review include the theory and technology innovation of red-fleshed and red-skinned apple breeding,new varieties cultivation and matching technology research and development of supporting technologies,and the creation of new varieties of high-quality,storage-resistant and late-maturing pears.These results provide important support for the upgrading of the apple and pear industry.
