摘    要:通过查阅相关资料,对云南少数民族地区野生蔬菜资源进行实地调查,基本摸清了云南少数民族地区常用野生蔬菜资源种类、利用情况,发现云南少数民族地区各民族对野生蔬菜的利用民族特色鲜明。提出了云南少数民族地区野生蔬菜保护利用建议,旨在为云南少数民族地区野生蔬菜资源的保护及高效持续利用提供参考。

Abstract:By consulting relevant data,and investigating the wild vegetable resources in Yunnan minority areas in field,the paper basically finds out the types and utilization of frequently-used wild vegetable resources in the minority areas of Yunnan province,and finds that the ethnic characteristics of the utilization of wild vegetables is distinct in the minority areas of Yunnan province.Hereby,the paper puts forward suggestions on the protection and utilization of wild vegetables in minority areas of Yunnan,in order to provide references for the protection and efficient and sustainable utilization of wild vegetable resources in minority areas of Yunnan.
