摘    要:对收集保存的44份芥菜种质资源的主要表型性状进行了鉴定与聚类分析,聚类结果表明,种质间的距离系数分布在0~39.84,在距离系数5.1处分为10大类群,与传统分类相吻合,又充分体现了品种类型的特点,为芥菜杂交育种提供物质基础和理论依据。

Abstract:The main phenotypic traits of 44 collected and preserved Brassica juncea germplasm resources were identified and clustered.The results showed that the distance coefficient among germplasm resources is ranged from 0 to 39.84.These germplasm resources were divided into 10 groups at the distance coefficient of 5.1.It was consistent with the traditional classification,and fully reflected the characteristics of the cultivar type.This research provided a material basis and theoretical basis for hybrid breeding of B.juncea.
