摘    要:目的]调查新疆部分地区生鲜肉、奶李氏杆菌的带菌情况及掌握其在畜产品中的生态学分布.方法]从石河子、奎屯、额敏等地区采集牛、羊、猪、禽等生鲜肉和鲜牛奶检样共680份,参考国标两步增菌法分离李氏杆菌,采用细菌生化鉴定和PCR法鉴定分离株,并通过小鼠感染试验测定致病力.结果]从680份样品中分离获得8株李氏杆菌,带菌率为1.14;,4株为单核细胞李氏杆菌(LM)带菌率为0 6;,4株LM可导致小鼠发病死亡.结论]新疆地区新鲜肉奶中李氏杆菌的带菌率较低,但食源性LM分离株都有致病性.调查结果为该地区动物性食品安全评估及李氏杆菌的监测提供参考和科学数据.

Abstract:Objective]To investigate infection and master the ecological distribution in animal products of Listeria monocytogenes in fresh meat and milk from parts of Xinjiang.Method]A total of 680 samples that were from fresh meat or milk of cattle,sheep,pigs and poultry from Shihezi,Kuitun and Ermin,etc were collected.We used the method of two - step growth bacteria to isolate the Listeria from these samples according to GB,then identified them by using bacteria biochemical identification and PCR method,and tested the virulence by mice infection experiment.Result]The result showed that eight strains Listeria were isolated from the 680 samples,the carrier rate was 1.14%;there were 4 strains mononuclear Listeria(LM),which the carrier rate was 0.6%;and they would lead the incidence of death in mice.These revealed the low carrier rate of Listeria in fresh meat and milk in some areas in Xinjiang,but the food - borne LM detached had pathogenicity.Conclusion]The findings can provide some scientific data for the assessment of food safety of animal products and identification of Listeria monocytogenes.
