摘    要:目的]探讨新疆两种蓝刺头植物的核型差异.方法]应用改进的染色体制片方法研究新疆两种蓝刺头植物的核型.结果]天山蓝刺头的细胞染色体数为2n=30,其中中部着丝点染色体(m)为16对,近中部着丝点染色体(sm)为14对,在第5,6对染色体长臂上带有随体,核型为2A型,核型公式为2n=2x=30=16m+14sm(4SAT).硬叶蓝刺头的细胞染色体数为2n=28,其中中部着丝点染色体(m)为22对,近中部着丝点染色体(sm)为6对,在第2对染色体长臂上带有随体,核型为2A型,核型公式为2n=2x=28=22m(2SAT)+6sm.结论]两种蓝刺头染色体数目不同,随体存在与否及数目亦不相同.

Abstract:【Objective】To discuss the differences of the karyotypes within the two species of Echinops from Xinjiang.【Method】An improved chromosome preparation method was used to study the karyotypes of Echinops.【Result】The karyotype formulae of E.Tianschanicus was 2n=2x=30=16m+14 sm(4SAT),among which 16 pairs are metacentric(m),14 pairs are submetacentric(sm),and satellites were found in 5th and 6th pair.The E.ritro was 2n=2x=28=22m(2SAT)+6sm.Among them 22 pairs are metacentric(m),6 pairs are submetacentric(sm),and satellites were found in 2nd pair chromosome.The karyotypes of the two cultivars all belong to 2A type in karyotypic classification.【Conclusion】The differences of the karyotypes within the two species,such as the number of chromosome,and the existence and numbers of satellites,were also discussed.
