牛梨形虫病综合防治措施的实验性研究

摘    要:【目的】处于干旱、半干旱区的新疆是蜱侵袭较严重的地区。目前已发现牛群中存在这三种梨形虫病,但只有牛泰勒虫病有有效的疫苗防治。探讨新疆牛梨形虫病综合防治措施,制定出该区综合性的预防和治疗方案并予以实施。【方法】选择牛梨形虫病比较严重的疫区作为实验点,根据该区的气候、季节特点,通过流行病学调查、驱蜱、疫苗接种、药物治疗。【结果】该区的牛梨形虫病综合防治措施牛梨形虫病的发病率显著降低,实验期间牛群中没有发现死亡。【结论】通过制定牛梨形虫病综合防治措施使疫区牛群的牛梨形虫得到有效控制,在新疆农区与牧区具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:【Objective and Method】The drought and semi-drought territory in Xinjiang is the area infested more seriously with ticks.Three kinds of bovine piroplasmosis caused by Babesia bovis,Babesia bigemina and Theileria annulata were found at present,and the vaccine against theileriosis caused by Theileria annulata was been used only in veterinary practice.In order to study the integrated control measures for bovine piroplasmosis,one of epidemic area infested with ticks was chosen for this experiment.According to the feature of local climate and season,the programs of integrated preservation and treatment were instituted and performed,including the epidemiology survey,debugging ticks,vaccine inoculation and medicinal treatment.【Result】The morbidity of bovine piroplasmosis was significantly low and no death was found in the epidemic area after performing the integrated preservation and management in this experiment.【Conclusion】 The bovine piroplasmosis caused by Theileria annulata has been effectively controlled in this experimental herd by performing the integrated management.The effectiveness could be generalized and demonstrated in other dairy farms in agricultural and pasture area in Xinjiang.
