摘    要:目的]研究枣树害螨在树冠上发生的时空动态,筛选高效低毒的杀螨剂.方法]2011年2月25日至9月20日在新疆和田皮墨垦区(兵团农十四师224团)枣园统计记录田间枣树害螨自然种群各螨态的总数,并选用5;噻螨酮EC等杀螨剂进行田间防治试验.结果]皮墨垦区枣园害螨5月中旬开始发生,至8月中旬达到高峰,高峰期持续约30 d.在东、西、南、北四个不同方向上随时间的推移分布动态时有变化,发生早期以东向和南向为多,至发生高峰期,各个方向叶片上分布数量差异逐渐减小;在树冠上、中、下层中的数量分布起初以树冠下层种群密度较高,而后经繁殖扩散,树冠上层种群密度增加,成为害螨在枣树树冠上的主要分布空间.6.8;阿维菌素·噻螨酮EC、5;噻螨酮EC和240 g/L螺螨酯SC等药后7d均有较高的防治效果,其防效均达到了90;以上,在生产上可与常用杀螨剂轮换使用.结论]枣树害螨8月中旬达到高峰,为防治的关键时期.

Abstract:【Objective and method】In order to study the spatio-temporal dynamics of mite harm in jujube and screen high effect and low toxicity pesticides,the number of pest mites’ natural population in the Pimo Reclamation area were recorded from February 25 to September 20,2011,and some botanical acaricides were used to compare the effect on control pest mite,like 5% hexythiazox EC.【Result】The pest mite starts in the middle of May,the peak of mite harm appears in middle of August,and the peak period may last 30 days.The distribution of golden era in different direction changed with the time.In the early period,pest mites mainly distribute in east and south;in the peak period,four direction’s distribution reduced gradually.Comparing the density of pest mites’ population among the different heights of canopy,the density of lowest layer of canopy was higher than others in the early period,and then the canopy of jujube became the main place with pest mites breeding.The control effect of 6.8% Abamectin-Hexythiazox EC,5% hexythiazox EC and 240 g/L SC for pest mites were significant.Seven days after using these bactericides,the control efficacy was about 90%.The result would give us some information for production.【Conclusion】The key period of control for pest mites in jujube was August,which was the peak stage of mite harm.
