复合微生物菌剂在绿化垃圾堆肥中的作用研究

摘    要:目的]针对绿化垃圾自然腐化周期长的问题,筛选高效分解木质纤维素的微生物菌株,制备复合微生物接种菌剂,使绿化垃圾粉碎物能够快速腐化,以最终实现绿化垃圾的无公害循环利用.方法]从自然腐化的绿化垃圾中分离筛选高效分解木质纤维素的微生物菌株,制备复合微生物接种菌剂后接种绿化垃圾粉碎物,检测腐熟料的理化性质和营养成分.结果]筛选得到能够降解木质纤维素的6株真菌和细菌,并进行初步分类鉴定,绿化垃圾粉碎物接种复合微生物接种菌剂堆制腐化5个月后完全腐熟,腐熟料的主要理化性质和营养成分都达到了有机育苗基质的质量要求.结论]从自然腐化的绿化垃圾中分离筛选得到了高效分解木质纤维素的微生物菌株,接种复合微生物接种菌剂可明显加速绿化垃圾的腐化过程,为绿化垃圾无公害循环利用提供了依据.

Abstract:Objective]This research aimed to solve the problem of long pythogenesis cycle of green plant waste compost under natural conditions and screen out effective ligno - cellulose degrading strains and apply them to composting of green plant waste powder.Method]Effective ligno - cellulose degrading strains from natural decayed green plant waste were isolated and screened out,and complex microbial preparation inoculated to accelerate composting of green plant waste powder.Physicochemical property and nutritional component of decayed green plant waste powder were analyzed as well.Result]6 strains which can degrade ligno - cellulose were selected and classified.Green plant waste powder has been completely decayed after 5 months of inoculation of complex microbial preparation of these 6 stains.The physicochemical property and nutritional component of the decayed powder were analyzed to be suitable for organic seedling substance. Conclusion]Effective ligno - cellulose degrading strains has been selected from natural decayed green plant waste and testified to accelerate composting of green plant waste powder,which could provide reference for nuisanceless cyclic utilization of green plant waste.
