杏树吐伦球坚蚧自然种群生命表的研究

摘    要:目的]研究吐伦球坚蚧(Rhodococcus turanicus Arch)自然种群生命特征,为虫合理化控制该提供基础.方法]田间定点系统调查.随机选取55枝1~2节生枝,每7d调查1次,统计各因子致死数.结果]吐伦球坚蚧1年发生1代,以2龄若虫在1~2年生枝条上越冬,4月中下旬雌虫开始产卵;在自然条件下吐伦球坚蚧的种群增长趋势指数为4.70,世代总存活率为0.73;;对吐伦球坚蚧控制作用最大的因素是捕食及其它因素,其次是寄生性天敌因素,排除作用控制指数(EIPC)分别为7.4g和2.41.结论]在自然状况下,下一代吐伦球坚蚧种群数量将是当前这一世代的4.70倍;若虫期是防治的最佳时期.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this project was to provide the theoretical principle for rational control Rhodococcus turanicus and study the characters of natural population of R.turanicus Arch..【Method】 Systematic investigation in the field was carried out.Selected 55 annual or biennial branches randomly.Every 7 days,records of the factors leading to the deaths.【Result】 R.turanicus has only one generation per year.The second nymphs overwinter in annual or biennial branches.Females lay eggs in late April.The trend index of population development of R.turanicus is 4.70,and the total survival rate of generation is 0.73%;the most important factor suppressing the natural population of R.turanicus is "preying and other".Secondly it is parasitic enemy.The exclusion indexes of population control(EIPC) are 7.48 and 2.41.【Conclusion】The population of next generation will be 4.7 times than the contemporary population.The nymph period is the optimum control period.
