粮油加工学课程教学改革的探索与实践

摘    要:针对粮油加工学课程教学中存在的问题,阐述了在课程内容体系的构建和教学内容的更新和优化、教学方法和方式的改进及实践教学环节的改革和调整等方面进行的探索和实践,总结了提高教学效果的方法和措施。

Abstract:Based on the existent problems in teaching of processing technology of cereals and oils,the exploration and practice on the construction of course system,renewal and optimization of course content,improvement of teaching method, modulation and reform in practicality of teaching are dissertated.The method and measures of improvement the teaching are summarized.
