四川省玉米穗腐病研究初报

摘    要:四川省玉米穗腐病日趋严重,全省平均发病率在10%-40%之间,重病年份1998年高达75%。分离鉴定出7个属的病原真菌,它们是:串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme)、木霉菌(Trichoderma sp.)、离蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sp.)、禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum)、丝核菌(Rhizoctonia sp.)、青霉菌(Penicillium sp.)、黄曲霉素(Aspergillus flavus)、黑曲霉(A.niger)和毛霉菌(Mucor sp.);其中串珠镰刀菌,结果以注射法的发病率适中且操作简便易于控制,人工接种抗性鉴定结果表明,不同玉米自交系和杂交品种对镰刀菌穗腐的抗病性存在极显著差异。

Abstract:Maize ear rot is becoming a serious plant disease in Sichuan,with an average yearly incidence of 10% to 40% in the province,and in 1998 its incidence was as high as 75%.In the present study,pathogens for this disearse belonging to 7 genera were identified: Fusarium moniliforme,Trichoderma sp., Bipolaris sp., F.graminearum,Rhizoctonia sp., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus flavus, A.niger and Mucor sp. Of them, F.moniliforme was found to be the predominant pathogen for maize ear rot in Sichuan,with an isolation frequency of 39.1%.Three methods of inoculation (tooth-stick,injection and silk-spray) were compared and the method of injection gave the most satisfactory results,inducing moderate disease scale and being easy and simple to operate.When ten maize inbreds and their single cross hybrids were inoculated with F.moniliforme, highly significant inter-genotypic variations were observed in resistance to this pathogen.
