摘    要:采用50mg/L的NAA处理紫叶矮樱插穗,生根效果十分明显;综合对生根率、生根数量和新根长度等生根参数分析,以50mg/L处理60min插穗生根效果最好,生根率达94.67%。同时,试验发现取自枝条中部的插穗更容易生根,且生根后扦插苗生长旺盛。

Abstract:The 50 mg/L NAA treatment had significant effects on the rooting of cuttings of Prunus x c/stena ' Pissardii'. According to the comprehensive analysis of rooting percentage, root number, and new root length, the rooting effect of cuttings treated with 50 mg/L NAA for 60 min was best, and the rooting percentage reached 94.67%. Meanwhile, the result showed that the cuttings of middle branches had higher rooting ability and better growth after rooting.
