| 摘 要： | 从湖北、湖南、河南、江西、广东等省 2 0个猪场的 1 1 4份肺组织病料中 ,分离获得 3 8株(占 3 3 .3 % )大肠杆菌 ,通过 2 2种主要致病性大肠埃希氏菌 O抗原定型血清鉴定 ,均确定为致病性大肠杆菌 O型菌 ,并分属于 1 6种血清型 ,其中 O14 7、O14 1、O157、O9为优势血清型 ,占 60 .5%(2 3 / 3 8)。

| Abstract: | strains of pathogenic E.coli were separated from the lungs of 20 pig farms from Hubei,Hunan and other provinces. They were all the O serotypes of pathogenic E.coli. They belonged to the 16 serotypes, O (147), O (141), O (157) and O 9 were the predominant serotypes,and covered 60.5%(23/38). |
