| 摘 要： | 气吸振动式精密播种装置是蔬菜穴盘育苗精密播种机的主要工作部件,在振动机构的激振作用下,种子盘上的种子产生"沸腾"运动,便于吸种盘吸种,以达到每穴一粒的精密播种质量.为此,主要介绍了该播种装置的结构设计及工作原理,详细设计了采用AT89C51单片机控制系统的硬件和软件,并对装置的工作效果进行了试验检测,其结果达到了精密播种的农艺要求.

| Abstract: | Precise planting equipment is a important parts in vibration air-suction vegetable tray precise seeder. Under liberation of vibrant machine, seeds on the tray come into "boiling" movement, convenient for sucking seeds, by way of satisfying with one grain in a hole. The paper mostly introduces frame design and theory of planting equipment, and designs detail hardware and software that adopt AT89C51 SCM control system. Effect of the device is tested by experiment and reach to requests of agriculture art. |
