摘    要:测定了10个不同品种桉树的叶、枝干、根的稳定碳同位素(δ13C值)。结果表明,同种桉树的叶、枝干、根的δ13C值差异显著且依次降低。δ13C值在无性系之间差异显著,叶、枝干δ13C值在种间差异不显著,根的δ13C值在种间差异显著。各个器官的δ13C值和植物半致死温度之间的相关性都在0.3以下,因此δ13C值能否作为品种或抗寒性的判定指标,还需要对δ13C值和其他抗寒性指标的关系做进一步的研究。

Abstract:The δ13C values in three different organs(leaf,branch and root) from 10 different species of Eucalyptus were measured.The results showed that: the δ13C values in the same kind of Eucalyptus leaves,branches and roots were significantly different and decreased accordingly.The δ13C values among clones and species were not significantly different;the δ13C values of the leaves and branches are not profoundly different;the δ13C values of root in species are signficantly different.The correlations between δ13C values of various organs and the semi-lethal temperature were all below 0.3.Thus,further studies on the relationship between δ13C values and other cold tolerance indexes are needed to prove if δ13C values can be the indicator of different varieties or other cold tolerance.
