| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度ABT 1号生根粉和萘乙酸进行落叶松嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明,不同浓度ABT 1号生根粉和萘乙酸对穗条处理1 h,对生根率的影响差异显著。以ABT 1号100×10-6浓度处理的生根率最高,达70.1%;其次为萘乙酸100×10-6浓度处理的,生根率为68.1%;对照的生根率仅为12.5%.不同药剂对平均根数的影响差异显著,用不同浓度萘乙酸处理的平均根数为7.0条,不同浓度ABT 1号处理的平均根数为4.58条,对照仅为3.47条。不同药剂对平均根长、平均苗高和平均地径的影响差异不显著。

| Abstract: | Softwood cuttings of Larix gmellini treated with different concentrations of ABT 1 rooting agent and 1-naphthylac- ctic acid were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of ABT 1 and 1 h treatment with NAA influenced rooting rate significantly; the most rooting rate was 70. 1% with treatment of ABT 1 100 × 10^-6 followed 68. 1% with NAA 100 × 10^-6and average rooting rate of contrast was 12. 5%. Different treatments significantly influenced the average num- ber of roots that the number was 7.0 with the NAA treatment, 4. 58 with different concentrations of ABT 1 and the contrast was 3.47. Difference of different treatments on average root length, average seedling height and average ground diameter was not significant. |
