| 摘 要： | 针对村镇建设标准化信息系统平台缺失的问题,本文研究村镇建设标准化信息平台的建设需求。通过对村镇建设的背景进行深入分析,剖析我国村镇建设标准化信息平台中存在的问题与原因,旨在拟定一个功能完备的信息系统。该系统需求分析设计对村镇建设标准的管理,用户入网查询,在线验证、审核,网上信息发布等一系列需求,通过完善的标准指定流程设定,清晰的操作界面以及明确的工作划分,有效地将用户需求与系统各方连接起来,通过这个系统,用户可逐步认识村镇建设标准的准确性、适用性,使村镇建设标准信息的透明度提高。

| Abstract: | According to the lack of bourg construction standardization information system, the demand for the construction of such information system was studied in the paper. By way of in-depth analysis on the status quo of bourg construction, the problems and causes of our bourg construction standardization information platform were analyzed. A fully functional information system was devel- oped in order to solve these problems. The demand analysis of the system is to manage bourg construction standard, including a series of demands such as user query, online verification, auditing, and information publishing. Through setting the perfect standard process, clear user interface, and clear job classification, user needs were effectively connected with all the parties within the system. By this system, users can gradually understand the accuracy and applicability of bourg construction standards, which can improve the transparency of bourg construction standard information. |
