| 摘 要： | 当前,随着合肥市拆违工作的不断深入,大拆违后出现的大量土地再利用问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。笔者分析了拆违后土地利用存在的问题,探讨了当前状况下土地利用的多种可能途径,进而提出了合肥市拆违后土地再利用的最优化和合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the steady deepening of demolishing the illegal buildings in Hefei,land reutilization problem gradually became the focus.Starting from the practical of Hefei,the land reutilization problems after demolishing the illegal buildings were analyzed.Various possible ways of land reutilization under current conditions were discussed.Furthermore,the optimized and reasonable proposals for land reutilization after demolishing the illegal buildings in Hefei were put forward. |
