| 摘 要： | 介绍了生态健康、生态安全及区域生态系统安全评价的概念和内涵,分析了河北省生态系统预警,具体阐述了河北省生态系统安全建设的总体布局及重要区域.针对各区具体的生态环境问题,提出了相应的生态环境保护与建设重点.从区域尺度出发,研究了我国省级水平生态系统健康及生态安全评价与建设,以期为区域生态系统安全评价和生态环境建设管理提供理论基础.
