豌豆冠层温度分异现象及其生理特性

摘    要:为了解不同豌豆品种冠层温度的分异现象及其生理特性,应用红外测温仪观测了不同豌豆品种的冠层温度,并测定了开花后叶片生理特性.结果表明,自然界中豌豆的冠层温度存在分异现象.长皋和久留米丰的冠层温度持续偏高,黑目和欧哥斯特的冠层温度持续偏低,冠层温度持续偏低的豌豆品种较冠层温度持续偏高品种的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量下降速度慢,硝酸还原酶和过氧化氢酶活性高,下降幅度小,丙二醛的含量低,积累速度慢.

Abstract:In order to explore canopy temperature and physiological characteristics of different type of peas, used infrared radiation thermometer to observe the peas''s canopy temperature, and surveyed the physiological characteristics of the leaves after anthesis, The result showed that the canopy temperature of different pea varieties population were markedly different in natural world, Changgao and Jiuliumifeng was constantly high and Heimu, Ougesite was constantly low, the content of the chlorophyll and the soluble protein of the peas having persistent low canopy decreased more slowly than that of the varieties having persistent high canopy, with quite high activity of the NR and CAT but decrease to a quite small extent, the MDA content low and accumulation speed of MDA also more slowly.
