摘    要:为探析不同湿度环境下香蕉苗对低温的响应及对香蕉苗实际育苗生产提供抵御低温的技术支持,对不同湿度环境下香蕉苗进行梯度低温处理。结果表明,形态上,同一低温处理时高湿度(RH>90%)下香蕉苗受冷害程度明显弱于中湿度(60%~70%)下的香蕉苗;6oC低温高湿度下具有近90%的组织含水量,而中湿度下含水量仅为62.15%,严重失水导致萎蔫,在低温处理时高湿度下抗失水能力强于中湿度;低温胁迫下高湿度环境能减缓细胞膜渗漏率、丙二醛的增加,6℃低温导致中湿度下MDA高出高湿度下24.40%,表明高湿度下低温处理对细胞膜的伤害弱于中湿度下的处理。

Abstract:In order to study banana Seedlings response to low temperature at high and middle humidity, and to provide technology service for which production under low temperature stress, the effects of low temperature were investigated on the banana seedlings grown at different humidity. It is found that the chilling injury to banana seedlings at the high humidity (RH90%) was significantly lighter than that in the middle humidity (60%-70%) at the same low temperature. The seedlings had about 90% water content and stronger dehydration resistance at the high humidity. However, the seedlings at the middle humidity had only about 62.15% water content. The low temperature (6℃) led to 24.40% higher malondialdehyde content at the middle humidity than at the high humidity, and the high humidity delayed the increase of membrane leakage rate and MDA content, and the chilling injury to the cell membrane at the high humidity was gentler than that at the middle humidity.
