中国荷斯坦牛乳中尿素氮变化规律的研究

摘    要:为探索中国荷斯坦牛乳中尿素氮含量的变化规律,利用最小二乘法对扬州大学实验农牧场300头中国荷斯坦牛2009~2010年2358次DHI测定日记录乳中尿素氮含量进行了分析。结果表明,乳中MUN平均为14.24±5.0mg/100mL,不同年份、季节对乳中MUN影响达到极显著水平(P〈0.01),泌乳月对MUN影响达到显著水平(P〈0.05),产犊季节和胎次对MUN无显著影响(P〉0.05)。其中2009年MUN值显著高于2010年MUN值,春季MUN水平显著高于其余三季,冬季MUN水平显著低于其余三季。

Abstract:In order to investigate the variability of milk urea nitrogen in Chinese Holstein, the data included 2 358 DHI test day records for 300 Chinese Holstein from Experimental Dairy Farm of Yangzhou University since 2009 to 2010 were analyzed by the method of least mean squares. Results showed that means and standard deviation of MUN were 14.24±5.0mg/100mL. Different year, month and milking month affected MUN significantly(P〈0. 05). Calving season and parity had no significant effects on MUN(P〉0.05). MUN in 2009 was significantly higher than 2010, MUN in spring was significantly higher than the other three seasons, and MUN in winter was significantly lower than the other three seasons.
