| 摘 要： | 阐述乡镇企业在我国国民经济中占有重要的战略地位，而人才流失会给乡镇企业造成损失，威胁其生存和发展。从而引发危机。乡镇企业可以构建人才流失危机预警评价指标体系，运用模糊综合评价模型对人才流失状态进行预警。

| Abstract: | The important strategic position of township enterprises in China's national economy was expounded.However,the personnel loss would make damage to the survival and development of township enterprises,and even become a crisis.The township enterprises could establish an early warning evaluation index system of personnel loss crisis.The personnel loss situation was alarmed by using fuzzy integrated evaluation model. |
