| Abstract: | The ideal regeneration system of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana with pink flower by leaf explants was established in this study, and the effects of basic medium, dark periods and plant growth regulators external on shoot regeneration from leaves of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were investigated. The results showed that the highest tratious on regeneration rate of 5.20 was obtained on the medium MS supplemented with 2.0 mg/L BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA .Two weeks of dark treatment could increase the shoot regeneration rate to 5.47. MS supplemented with0.1mg/l IBA for rooting. |
