| 摘 要： | 深层发酵培养是扩大菌种的主要方式之一,采用摇瓶法对暗褐网柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)适宜的碳源、氮源、发酵条件进行研究,筛选出适合暗褐网柄牛肝菌生长的最佳碳源为甘露醇,其菌丝生物量平均为40.3 g/L,最佳氮源为酵母膏,其菌丝生物量平均为95.8 g/L;发酵条件为:震荡速度130 r/min,培养温度28℃,接种量在250 mL三角瓶装液量100 mL的情况下为1.62cm2,培养周期10 d。

| Abstract: | Submerged fermentation is one of the main ways of expanding strains.Suitable carbon source,nitrogen source,fermentation conditions of Phlebopus portentosus were studied using the shake flask method.The results show that the best carbon source is mannitol,mycelia biomass average for 40.3g / L.The best nitrogen source is yeast extract,mycelia biomass average for 95.8g / L.The fermentation conditions are as follows: the shaker rotation speed is 130r/min,the temperature is 28 ℃,the optimal culture media capacity is 100ml in 250ml-flask,mycelium block is 1.62㎝2,culture period is 10 days. |
