| 摘 要： | 当今节水灌溉引发的一些新概念，新理论，新技术，它已成为精确农业的重要组成部分，它具有地域性、时变性，分散性的特点，尚存在许多研究课题，必须引用高新技术才能得到完美效果。旱地农业在今后节水农业中将发挥更大作用，它必将和节水灌溉紧密结合，在西部开发的伟业中建奇功。

| Abstract: | A series new concepts, new theories and techniques are been brought from water saving irrigation, they are become important parts of fine agriculture, and it is necessary to use modern techniques for us to gain the prefect results for those posse characteristics of districts, time varieties and decentralizations. Dry land agriculture will bring into play more actions, and it will be combined more tightness with water saving irrigation, which will produce great successes in exploitation of the Western. |
