摘    要:本文探讨了番茄(Lycopersicum esculentum)、苦楝(Melia aze-darach)、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)和甘野菊(Dendranthema boreale)等植物对菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)幼虫嗅觉和拒食的影响。在嗅觉器内,幼虫对植物气味有一定嗅觉反应,说明嗅觉在一定程度上与食物选择有关;但忌避与拒食间并不都呈直线关系,说明嗅觉不是该幼虫取食与否的唯一因素。所测试的试样均有一定拒食作用,其中番茄枝叶抽提物在拒食、减食方面表现出相当强的活性,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Airflow olfactometer test for Artogeia rapae larvae showed that,to a certain extent,the larvae could discriminate various plant odors with olfactory organ(s).But not all the plant extracts used in this assay posse- ssed of same activities in food selection behavior as well as in olfactory responses.Such a phenomenon likely implys that the olfactory signals might not be the unique factor in food selection of the larvae.
