大落差成品油管道顺序输送的特点

摘    要:由于大落差成品油管道存在的翻越点等原因,顺序输送时随着混油段位置的变化,管输量,各站进出口压力及节流量等情况均在变化。以格拉管道为例,对大落差成品油管道顺序输送的运行工况进行了分析,介绍了分析方法和水力计算程序以及水力计算所依据的数学模型构成,提出了计算步骤并分析了计算结果,提出应加强管道自动调节和自动控制能力,以满足运行参数的要求,保证管道正常运行。

Abstract:Because of the reason of peak point with slack flow downstream in elevation oil product pipeline, changes in pipe transporting volume and pressure at each station's inlet and outlet will be varied with changes of mixed section's location. Taking Gela Pipeline for example, analyzes operational condition in batch transportation on the elevation oil product pipeline, introduces an analysis method and hydraulic calculation procedure, and constitution of a mathematics model based on hydraulic calculation, puts forward a calculating procedure and analyzes calculating result. It points out that pipeline self-regulating and self-control capabilities shall be strengthened to meet the requirement of operational parameter and ensure pipeline to be running normally.
