摘    要:我国北方冬季寒冷,气温低,加热强制气化的LPG气体易发生二次液化,无法作为燃料气使用,而产生的注体会聚集在低洼处,堵塞管道,这成为阻碍北方地区发展管道送LPG的关键。

Abstract:As North China is cold in winter, with lower temperature, forced gasified LPG by heating is liable to be secondary liquefied and is unavailable to be used as fuel gas, furthermore, the liquid generated will accumulate in low-lying point and block pipeline. This becomes a key problem hindering the development of LPG to be transported by pipeline in northern part. According to the problem, by analyzing two methods of isothermal heat tracing insulation and reducing dew point temperature of liquefied gas separately, puts forward an approach that LPG should be mixed with certain amount of air at LPG gasifying station and gas - liquid separator at gasifying station should be eliminated to raise gasifying station's overall economic benefit and promote a development of LPG gasifying station in northern part.
