| 摘 要： | 用于检定流量计的标准体积管每三年要由计量检定部门检定一次，在复检前需要对体积管进行清洗，去除体积管标准段内的油垢和管壁上的结蜡，如果清洗不彻底，将直接影响体积管的标准体积及准确度，通过总体体积管清洗及维护使用经验，提出新的清洗方法和工艺，确保检定结果的真实，准确，可靠，此方法也适用于其它类型的体积管。

| Abstract: | Standard volume pipe used for flow meter's calibration shall be calibrated every three years by metering calibration department. Cleaning of the volume pipe shall be made before recalibration to remove greases in the standard section of the pipe and wax deposited in pipe wall. If thorough cleaning is not given, standard volume and accuracy of the volume pipe shall be affected. By summarizing the experience in-vol-ume pipe's cleaning and maintenance, puts forward a new cleaning method and process to ensure true, accurate and reliable calibrating result. The method is also applicable for volume pipe of other type. |
