| 摘 要： | 新麦草是优良牧草种质资源之一 本文对新麦草 (Pasthyrostaehysperinnes)的核型进行分析 ,用处理液对新麦草进行前、后低渗处理 ,席夫试剂染色制片 实验结果表明 ,新麦草染色体数目为 2n =14,核型公式 2n =2x =12m +2sm( 2SAT)
