电子鼻技术及其在小麦活性检测中的应用

摘    要:研制了一套能快速对小麦活性进行识别的电子鼻检测系统。系统通过分析小麦的气味,对所测小麦的活性程度进行5个等级评判。该电子鼻检测系统由5只TGS2600系列的气敏传感器组成,从每个传感器的响应曲线中提取2个特征值,采用PNN神经网络来进行模式识别处理。系统能快速、准确评判小麦的霉变情况,网络正确识别率为91%。实验表明,该系统对小麦活性程度的检测是可行的、有效的。

Abstract:A novel electronic nose system was developed for the rapid evaluation of wheat activity. The system can grade the activity of wheat five degrees by analyzing the gas emitted from the wheat. The gas sensor array of the system consists of five TGS2600 serials tin oxide gas sensors. Two feature parameters were picked up from the response curve of each sensor,and PNN neural network was used for pattern recognition of electronic nose.
