| 摘 要： | 以生产上大面积推广的杂交水稻恢复系蜀恢527和西南科技大学自育优质高产杂交水稻恢复系“2330”为材料．研究目前四川地区的稻瘟优势菌株稻瘟菌粗毒素对水稻成熟胚愈伤组织诱导、生长和分化的影响。结果表明，在优势稻瘟菌株A2中，随着稻瘟菌粗毒素浓度的提高．水稻愈伤组织的诱导率和分化能力显著降低，“2330”的最低诱导率为16．7％，蜀恢527只有12、5％：愈伤组织的致死率随毒素浓度的提高而增加．其最高致死率达到100％。在混合毒素培养基中粗毒素浓度为30％的处理选择效率较合适．但是增加毒素浓度可以进一步提高选择效果和提高得到抗性突变苗的几率。
