| 摘 要： | 结合上饶师范学院植物组织培养人才培养实践,在简要介绍建构主义理论的基础上,明确了植物组织培养人才培养目标是培养农业应用型人才,而实现植物组织培养应用型人才培养目标的关键是创新应用型人才培养模式。同时提出了建构主义视野下植物组织培养农业应用型人才的培养应立足地方农业发展,明确人才培养目标,实施教学内容改革,创新课堂教学模式,加强实践教学环节,提高农业应用能力,发挥学生的学习主动性,提高农业创新能力。为植物组织培养农业应用型人才的培养提供了理论依据。
