摘    要:采用达旦黄比色法定量测定水稻植株Mg含量时,其显色液在550nm处有最大吸收值,显色剂(0.1%达旦黄)的适宜用量是2mL,显色稳定时间为4h,Mg比色测定的线性范围是(Mg2+)0.50—2.50mg·L-1,主要干扰离子可加入三乙醇胺和邻菲罗啉消除,用比色法测得的水稻植株含Mg量与原子吸收光谱法测定结果呈极显著正相关(r=0.99,n=49),比色法用于水稻分蘖期Mg素诊断的临界质量分数是0.14×10-2Mg2+,该方法还可用于植株Mg的速测.

Abstract:This is a new method for determining magnesium in rice plant. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was at 550 nm.Optimum does of 0.1% titan yellow was 2mL.The colour stood stably within 4 hours.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.5 to 2.5 mg·L-1 Mg2+.The method was compared with atomic absorption spectrometry,showing a significant correlation in the results(r=0.99 n=49).Magnesium (Mg)critical concentration determined by spectrophotometry was 0.14×10-2.This method can also be used for magnesium rapid test.
