麦类赤霉病病麦毒素对小麦毒性作用的研究

摘    要:通过对15个不同来源的禾谷镰刀菌菌株在麦粒培养基上产生粗毒素的量与其致病力的比较研究,发现致病力强的菌株产毒量高,致病力弱的菌株产毒量低。笔者利用毒素对胚根伸长的抑制、对叶片组织浸出液电导率的变化等方法,及病理切片观察,搞清了毒素的作用主要是破坏细胞膜和堵塞导管。发现抗病品种对毒素有强的忍耐性,而感病品种较为敏感。建议利用这种特性进行品种抗病性鉴定。根据毒素作用的植物种类与病菌寄主范围的比较,认为赤霉病病麦毒素是一类非专化性毒素。

Abstract:The amount of scab grain toxin production of 15 Fusarium graminearum isolatesfrom different regions of China and Mexico on wheat grain medium and theirpathogenicity were tested.It was found that there was a positive linear correlation be-tween toxin production and pathogenicity.On the basis of inhibition rate to embryonicroot growth,the effect on the conductivity of trented leaf tissue,the ability to causecharacteristic symptoms of wheat scab,it was demonstrated that the main effects of thetoxin were to damage the plasmolemma and cause vascular plagging.By comparing thehost range of the pathogen with the plant species which toxin affected,we found thatthe toxin was non-specific.It was also observed that wheat plants in flowering stage weremost sensitive'to the toxin.There were differences in sensitivity to the toxin betweenresistant and snsceptible varieties,and the possibility of using this characteristic to as-sess the resistance of wheat varieties in practise.
