河北细毛羊与德国肉用美利奴羊杂交效果观察

摘    要:通过导入德国肉用美利奴细毛羊(德美)血液与河北细毛羊进行杂交,探讨其对河北细毛羊生产性能和产肉性能的影响。结果表明,不同德血含量的杂交后代初生、断奶时体重均高于河北细毛羊,其中37.5%、50%、68.5%、75%德血含量组公羔初生重显著高于河北细毛羊组,18月龄时体重优势消失,其他体重变化不明显。毛品质方面,羊毛细度没有明显变化,净毛量显著提高(P<0.01)。同等育肥条件下,德美与河北细毛羊的杂交后代的日增重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率及净肉率等指标均显著高于河北细毛羊(P<0.01)。

Abstract:To improve the meat performance and keep wool quality,the Hebei fine-wool sheep was crossed with German mutton merion sheep.The results showed that compared with Hebei fine-wool sheep,body weight of the newborn and weaning lamb(male)of 37.5%,50%,68.5% and 75% German mutton merino sheep groups were significantly raised.No obvious change of the body weight was observed among all groups by 18 monthes old,which possibly was caused by nutrition level.Wool fineness did not change but clean wool yield were raised significantly(P<0.01).Under the same nutrition condition,the average daily gain(ADG)of cross of Hebei to German mutton merino sheep lambs was significantly improved(P<0.01)compared with Hebei fine-wool sheep.Simialarly,other carcass characteristics,such as carcass weight,dressing percentage and net beef percentage,were significantly improved(P<0.01)too.
