金褐霉素产生菌——金褐链霉菌固体种子培养的研究

摘    要:对金褐链霉菌(Streptomyces aureofuscus.n.sp)固体培养基进行筛选,筛选出金褐链霉菌每支斜面产孢子达120多亿个的固体培养基,约是原先所用培养基产孢量的4 000倍,培养时间缩短为5~6 d。同时初步探讨了金褐链霉菌在此培养基上有利于代谢产物金褐霉素的合成,有利于接种摇瓶进行发酵产金褐霉素,且有利于菌种的保藏。

Abstract:Through experiments the most favourable solid seed medium was creened,on which Streptomyces aureofuscus.n.sp produced 12 billion spores.The number of spores was about 4 000 times more than those on the formerly used medium while the culture time needed only was 5~6 days.And the medium was beneficial for the synthesis of Aureofusin Streptomyces aureofuscus.n.sp.Also this medium was beneficial for producing Aureofuscin by means of shaking-flask fermentation of Streptomyces aureofuscus.n.sp and its storage.
